Shawn Wood
From equipment operator to Construction Manager
Shawn joined PST in 2007 as an equipment operator. By learning the work and taking on more responsibility, he worked his way into construction management.
Damon Richardson
From operating equipment to solving field challenges
Damon started working with Dick as an equipment operator in 1998 and joined PST at its founding. His work grew into estimating and consulting on field repairs, renovations, and drainage.
